My new old skates are in the backseat with a few paintings, a big scarf, and an emergency car kit. The bike is in the trunk, but I think it’ll be between me and the road tomorrow if the rain lets up. Rain? Happy holidays from frosty—scratch that—moist Minnesota.
The strangest semester ever just wrapped up. It was an interesting amalgamation of the crazy-weird politics of academia and the greatness of good people. I count myself lucky to have become privy to the extremes of both recently, particularly to my friends (and family). I’d say good people are life. Surround yourself with kindred lovelies.
Wait. Out the window! What is that? The rain just turned into snow! A Christmas miracle?! I’m still going to ride my bike…
So I made myself this blog months ago, before things started rolling the way they have the last couple of months, but I never really made a post. So I’ll try to summarize:
Mushrooms, ))<>((, tea, atomic bombs, bugs, swings, control boards, glue, music, apples, dancing, thesis, cookies, blankets, funs, life skills, sniffing wars, ….
…this is great and all, but it is really snowing out. I’ve gotta go.
Merry Christmas. Happy Thursday. Hugs and love. Funs.
